Mood Tracker

A mood tracker that doubles as a diary.

Reflect lets you log four moods per entry across ten emotion shades — then shows you the patterns over weeks and months. More texture than a daily check-in, less work than a long journal.

More than a daily check-in.

Most mood trackers ask one number. Reflect lets a day have texture.

01

Four moods per entry.

A day isn't one feeling. Capture how you felt at the start, in the middle, when something happened, and at the end. A morning that started rough but turned around is a different data point than a flat 3-out-of-5.

02

Ten emotion shades × ten styles.

Pick the emotion, then the illustration style that matches. The visual layer changes with how you feel. None of it is required — mood-only entries are valid, and so are long-form ones.

03

Patterns across months.

Happiness Patterns surface what correlates with your best and worst days. On This Day shows what you felt a year ago. Yearly AI Narrative wraps the whole year into a single arc you can read in five minutes.

Logging

Tap, write, or do both.

Mood-only entries are valid. Long entries are welcome. Voice notes work too. There's no contract about what an entry needs to be — show up however you have energy for. Stickers and illustration styles are there when you want them.

  • Mood-only entries — no writing required
  • Voice notes transcribed automatically
  • Photos and stickers attach in one tap
  • Spark prompt chips for blank-page days
  • Apple Watch companion for quick log

Patterns

Weeks turn into texture you can read.

After a month of logging, the patterns become visible — the days that drain you, the people who lift you, the rituals that hold. It's the texture you've always had access to and never had time to read.

Common questions.

Can I track mood without writing?

Yes. A mood-only entry — pick a mood, tap save — is a valid entry. You can layer emotions, photos, or text on top whenever you want, but you don't have to. Some days are just a check-in.

How many moods can I log per day?

Each entry holds up to four moods and any number of emotions from a curated list of 10. You can create multiple entries per day if your mood shifted between morning and evening — there is no daily cap.

Does Reflect identify patterns automatically?

Yes. Happiness Patterns is an AI insight that looks across weeks of entries and surfaces what tends to correlate with your best and worst days. Yearly Narrative wraps the whole year. On This Day shows what you felt a year ago today.

Is the mood data shared anywhere?

No. Mood is part of the entry and encrypted with the same AES-256-GCM key as everything else. There's no social feed, no leaderboard, no ads. The only data that leaves your phone is the encrypted backup, and only if you turn it on.
