Email support

Write to support@reflectdiary.app with your question, your device model, and a short description of what happened. We reply within a day on weekdays.

Read the FAQ first

Most questions about privacy, encryption, AI features, languages, and pricing are answered on the FAQ page. It's the fastest way to get unstuck.

Report a bug

Bugs love specifics — device, OS version, app version, what you tapped, what happened, what you expected instead. Screenshots help a lot.

Need a hand with backups, subscriptions, account deletion, or anything else? We're a small team and we read every email.

Email support

Reach us at support@reflectdiary.app. We typically reply within a few business days. Include your device model, app version (Settings › About), and a description of what you're seeing.

Quick tips

Lost your recovery code? Without it, encrypted cloud backups cannot be restored on a new device. Email us with the address you used to subscribe — we can confirm what we have on file but cannot decrypt your entries.

Subscription questions? Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly — we don't process payments.

Backup not working? Check Settings › Backup & Restore. Make sure you're signed in and have an active internet connection. Voice memos and photos can take a few minutes on first upload.

Reporting a bug? Please include your device model, OS version, app version, and the steps to reproduce. Screenshots help.
