Quick tips
Lost your recovery code? Without it, encrypted cloud backups cannot be restored on a new device. Email us with the address you used to subscribe — we can confirm what we have on file but cannot decrypt your entries.
Subscription questions? Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. For refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly — we don't process payments.
Backup not working? Check Settings › Backup & Restore. Make sure you're signed in and have an active internet connection. Voice memos and photos can take a few minutes on first upload.
Reporting a bug? Please include your device model, OS version, app version, and the steps to reproduce. Screenshots help.
